Timaya Sends Message to Nigerians Living in South Africa Following Semi-Final Win

Nigerian musician Timaya has urged Nigerians living in South Africa to be cautious after the country overpowered Bafana Bafana to win the semi-final game.

 

Nigeria will now play Ivory Coast in the AFCON 2023 final.

 

Timaya encouraged Nigerians in South Africa to “just dey your dey” on Twitter, suggesting that they should stay indoors to prevent any potential violence or altercations that might occur after the football game.

“If you’re a Nigerian and in SA tonight pls just DEY YOUR DEY!,” Timaya wrote.
