From the look of things, it seems the housemates have the power to vote someone out even when the person had enough votes from viewers than others.

This is exactly the case of Kaisha as almost all the housemates voted for her to be out of the house even though she was able to pull more votes from the viewers than others.

Among the four people that were up for eviction, Kaisha had more votes from the viewers than the others but was evicted because 11 of the housemates voted her out.

This means the housemates have the power to save someone or evict the person if he/she is up for eviction and that was what happened to Kaisha.
