#BBNaija 2018 Day 18: Cee-C And Lolu Get What’s Coming

It has been a strenuous and exerting few days for the #bbnaija housemates since the reshuffling of pairs but Cee-C and Lolu appear to be worst hit and took things a little too far.

Perhaps due to a lack of tolerance or the fact that both housemates just cant see eye to eye, they took matters in their hands and got a deserving double Strike from Biggie.

Following a stern address from big brother, Cee-C and Lolu have just received two Strikes each. Big Brother also gave instruction for them to be paired together indefinitely.

The fact that Cee-C and Lolu were unhappy about being bonded together was plain from the get go, but the happenings and their actions in the #bbnaija house on day 17 seemed to have finally caught up with them.

They had a tenuous day with ups and downs, arguments and incontrovertible strain, both Cee-C and Lolu literally snapped. It was quite a simple issue that vould have been resilved amicably. The reason was simple; she wanted to sit down and he didn’t.

Cee C pulled the sofa towards herself and slumped herself on the couch. To do this however, she forced the pair’s harness which literally snapped and Lolu was left worse for wear after the wire recoiled back to him, giving a blow to his thigh.

What followed was an explosive argument between the teo #bbnaija housemates, and no apologies were issued. This exhibition of defiance seems to be what landed both #bbnaija Housemates in the proverbial dog box with Biggie giving them both a two-Strike warning. Big brother was surely not happy as he told them, “ Your actions almost baffle Big Brother.”

The theme of this week is “Bonding” and Cee-C and Lolu could not have acted in a more paradoxical way, and that perhaps is the reason they got the two-Strike warning.

What this means is that if they step one more toe out of line, they will be Disqualified, and ushered out of the #bbnaija House for good. The two cantankerous Housemates are now forced to learn how to work together as Big brother has made it clear that they will be a pair indefinitely.

In an apparent twist, Biggie decided to spare their current strategic partners (Tobi and Anto) from the punishment!

Most of the other 24-hour pairs in the #bbnaija House did their best to adapt to their new situations and for a brief moment, it really looked like Cee-C and Lolu were bonding which is quite surprising that they allowed their moods get the better of them.

The next fee days will determine and have a huge impact on whether Lolu and Cee-C stay in the #bbnaija House and survive Evictions. Both Housemates ought to have tried their best to get through the challenge of being tied together but then again, it is hard to fight the way you fell sometime, isn’t it?
