The Colour Blue Releases Calm Hormones – Rita Dominic Says As She Stuns In A Blue Gown

Popular Nollywood actress Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturuocha is one of the most popular veteran actresses who were the pillar of the Nigerian movie industry. She was born on July 12, 1975, at Mbaise Nigeria.

She is the youngest of four children.  Her late parents were health care professionals, her father was a medical doctor and mother a nursing officer. She has won several awards for her massive contribution to the movie industry.

Rita Dominic has taken to her Instagram page to share some research on how colors have an effect on the body. Captioning her photo, she wrote, “The color blue triggers the release of calming hormones in the brain, making it the best color for relaxation and study”.
