Nigerian Boxer Signs to Floyd Mayweather's Company, Set to Make Boxing Debut in Las Vegas (Photo)


Nigerian boxer, Oluwafemi Oyeleye, has officially signed a promotional contract with Mayweather Promotions - a boxing promotional firm founded by eleven-time world champion and billionaire boxer, Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Oyeleye who has officially inked a deal to be a member of The Money Team, will make his professional debut at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 2.

"Hailing from Lagos, Nigeria, Oluwafemi Oyeleye will make his pro debut as part of the Mayweather Promotions team on 12/2 at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino - Las Vegas. Make sure you follow him, as he will bring some great action to the sport of boxing!," Mayweather Promotions wrote of its verified Facebook page.


Oyeleye, who won gold in the 69kg welterweight category at the 2015 All Africa Games, has been training in United States for the past few months.
