Pastor’s wife arrested for abusing her maid in Imo State

A pastor’s wife was paraded for abusing her maid in Imo State.

The woman was paraded by the youths in her community for brutally beating her maid and constantly maltreating the girl.

The woman, whose name was given as Ezinne, is said to be in the habit of maltreating any housemaid that stays with her.

Report has it that the woman was caught beating the little girl who looks sick and malnourished, an act which is said to be happening constantly before the people decided to take action.

But after the most recent violence inflicted on her current maid, residents of Ubahu Okigwe in Imo State came together to rescue the young girl.

The neighbours and other concerned residents came to the girl’s rescue as they rushed the woman in question and humiliated her.

The community also agitated against the ill treatment meted out on the young girl.

The woman was paraded around the area before being handed over to the police.
