IG of Police, Idris Ibrahim allegedly found it difficult to read his speech

A Video circulating on the Internet shows the embarrassing moment the IG of Police Idris Ibrahim was allegedly finding it difficult to read his speech at an event in Kano.

The IG was in the state to Commission The Force Technical Intelligence Unit and according to an online platform the Voice of Liberty who circulated the video, he couldn’t read out his speech coherently to the understanding of his listeners.
